Crystal fairy Lapis Lara giggles as she floats above the Gemstone Glade Christmas Tree. Then she begins to sing, a hymn for the happy, laughter in lyrics.

Her gold-flecked blue body shines in the frosty air, while her indigo tutu twirls as she flies. Lara chooses an indigo globe, landing on it gracefully. Its golden guardian fairy nods at her, pleased. The giant bauble falls to the ground, growing quickly larger until it turns in to a portal of deep indigo light.

Lara flies through a lapis lazuli tunnel, her soul crystal singing inside her.

Finally, she arrives at a golden brown beach, leading to an indigo blue sea, flecks of gold glinting in its waves. It is a liquid lapis lazuli sea, and can heal body and soul.

The shore is covered by nesting turtles, each with a patch of lapis lazuli on their shell. Eggs with a tiny speck of lapis blue lie in half hidden nests. Lara flies over them, delight painting a sunshine smile on her face.

An egg cracks open beneath her, and she descends to greet the little fellow. He looks in to her eyes, as Lara sings a lapis lullaby. “Take me home with you,” he implores her. So Lara holds his baby turtle hand, and they fly together through the lapis portal.

The baby turtle looks round Gemstone Glade in awe. Then he clambers up and in to its fountain, immediately at home.

Gemstone Glade welcomes its new citizen as the crystal fairies fly above and sing the sweetest song. They christen the baby Tommy. He gazes up at them with eyes of indigo blue. The tiny lapis crystal on his back glows under the fountain waters. Lara sits on the fountain edge. Happiness erupts in her heart. Far away, an indigo sea kisses its waiting shore, as a moon climbs the sky. A lapis lazuli lullaby fills the night, a hymn of healing, a song of sanctuary unblemished.

Tommy looks up to a different moon. He knows he has found a forever home. Christmas cradles Gemstone Glade in its frosty arms, as the baby falls asleep. The moon rises higher, and the night is at peace.
